Our week in Florida

We took off early Christmas morning for Florida and drove most of the way.  The girls are great travelers so the day goes pretty fast.

We stopped for the night in time for dinner and a quick swim.  We were tucked in early for a show so we could get to the condo early! 

We were there and on beach before lunch!  

As crazy as it sounds to others are trips are very easy and laid back.  Even with three little kids.  Most days we are outside before 10 and stay out there until dinner.  We eat and then put very tired kids to bed.  Everyone is happy. 

The girls are crazy over swimming. So we spend lots of time at the pool.

Emmerson learned to float on her back this trip. 

The restaurant at our condo offers a brunch on Sundays that we never miss!

Time with our cousins

One of the best parts of our Florida trips is that we get to see so many of our cousins.  The girls LOVE spending time with all of them. Uncle Matt is very busy at work so we missed seeing them this trip but got to see lots of others.

The best part is all the adults are willing to help with all the kids.  So kids can run pretty wild between the pool and the beach. 

Our biggest cousin made it this year.  Kira is the best!  The little kids adore her and she is so great with them!

I feel so lucky that our kids have this group to grow up with! 

Though, it can get very wild! 

So funny that I am the only girl cousin in our generation and now...

The Beach

All 3 girls love the beach.  The shells, digging in the sand, and playing in the water.

Claire doesn't mind being covered head to toe in sand.

Headed out to find some shells.  Audrey finally really loves the beach too, rather than just tolerates it!

We are so lucky that the set up of the condo is so kid friendly.  We just bounce back and forth from the beach to the pool all day long! 

These 3...sweetest sisters! 

Lots of sand castle building happens.  Any pile of sand is considered a sand castle to these two.
