Field Trip to the apple orchard

Emmerson's class went on their first field trip to an apple orchard.

Emmerson and a few of her friends.

Picking her apples.

Emmerson and her 6th grade faith partner.

The kindergarten class
This was Mom's first field trip as just a helper rather than the teacher.  It was an easy gig!

It's IU Football time again!

It's that time of year...Where Daddy is teaching his girls to love IU football (or at least to love tailgating)

It was a beautiful day to kick off the season!

This little one doesn't even know she went to a few games last year, due to the fact that she was only a few weeks old and slept through all of it!

These girls have tailgating down!

She approves of this family hobby!

Happy Daddy!

Happy sisters!

Looking for four leaf clovers.

Headed into the game!

Celebrating a SWEET 1 year old

We had Audrey's first birthday party this weekend.  She seemed to enjoy all the attention.

Lots of pink for a sweet little girl.

All ready for the guest.

The birthday girl doing her favorite thing...swinging!

Cake time.

She liked the singing,

and the candle.

She was under impressed with the actual tasting of the cake.

Which meant she was happy to share.

Her sister on the other hand doesn't miss an opportunity to make a mess with her cake.

Audrey's buddy Quinn came to celebrate with her.

She liked opening all the gifts.

Then her and Quinny enjoyed the best part...the boxes and paper!

The big kids did some crafts while the babies played.

An afternoon downtown

One of our favorite things to do is to spend the day downtown on the canal and walking around.

The girls love running around and checking everything out.

This one got in on the action too.

Daddy's favorite backpack.

The girls went up and down each set of stairs they could find.

While their little sister tried to keep up.

So much for a nap.  She is willing to choke herself to give me a smile!
