September FUN!

September came and went way too quickly...but three little ladies kept us on our toes!

What else would you do while Mom showers besides put 100 bandaids on?!?

The littles and I sneak in a bagel date when ever we can!

Audrey is like a teenager!  I wake her up most morning between 8:30-9:00 and this is the look I get!  She is never in a hurry to get up!

Emmerson lost her second tooth!

Since we walk to school rain or shine Audrey loves her umbrella.

This couch is always very crowded!

Nana is such a good sport...Emmerson put all her babies down for naps...on the steps!

Queen Audrey prefers breakfast in bed.

Dress up still happens daily around here!

The beautiful fall weather has allowed many trips to the park.

Back to School Dates

Last year I took Emmerson on a back to school date.  Of course they remembered and spent the summer planning their back to school dates for this year.

Claire decided she wanted to get a manicure first.

She thought it was pretty great!

Then of course she wanted to go to Jimmy Johns-her very favorite!

Emmerson wanted to go Beanie Boo and earring shopping for her date.

She is not quick to make a decision...on anything!

She finally chose this guy to add to her HUGE collection!

A quick pretzel snack before starting the search for the perfect earrings.

We ended up with a few more than planned due to her lack of decision making and Mom's need to wrap this date up!

A Day at the Lake

Our friends invited us to spend a day at their lake.  We had perfect weather and a great day.

The girls had never swam in lake water so we were interested to see what they thought.  Emmerson didn't like her feet to touch the bottom at first but warmed up to it.

They had plenty of kids to play with so they kept busy all day!

Happy girls!

They even got to go out on the "little boat".

Audrey's first day of school

Audrey started a Mother's Day out program this year.  It is just one day a week.  I wasn't surprised at all by how much she loved it!

All ready to go with her "pack pack" and "lunch pox".

Claire was so excited that Audrey was going too.  She even ran in and changed her clothes so she could match her.  I remember Emmerson doing the same thing on Claire's first day of school a couple years ago.

She walked right and and started playing!

It doesn't hurt that her best buddy, Quinn, is in her class.

Claire's class is right across the hall.

Pre-K or BUST

Claire started at a new school this year.  The first day she was ready to go without any complaints.  She is going 3 days a week like last year.

She was so excited!

She had some homework that her teacher gave her at the open house!  She was so proud to return it!

Audrey wanted in on the action too.

They even gave her a new school bag that she thinks is pretty great!

Audrey turns 2

Our sweet girl turned two!  She is so fun to be around!  She is always happy, doesn't know a stranger, can and DOES say anything and everything and loves to dance and sing.  She loves to read books and play dress up.  She adores her sisters and can officially do almost everything they can.  She has NO idea she is only two!  She is like a teenager when it comes to sleeping, most days I wake her in the 9:00 hour.  She also talks like a teenager..."No way Mom!", "FINE!  I won't!", "seriously!" and the list could go on!  Safe bet we are in trouble with this one!

We started our day going out for bagels.  Her very favorite!

Happiest girl in the place!

She polishes off an entire bagel in minutes!

These two...they are SO much a like it is scary and always up to something!

Next, we went home and opened presents.

She wanted to go camping so she got a tent.

and a backpack and a phone.

She was pleased...so were her sisters!

Then we went to the first IU football game!

She was so excited to put on her IU dress.

It was SO hot but we had fun.

Running a few plays!

Best seat in the house and by far the most popular!

We went into the game, which means twizzlers and popcorn.

Claire and Audrey love to watch the halftime show.  She stood like this the entire halftime.

After the game we had cupcakes and sang happy birthday.

I think she had a pretty great day!
