A week at Storm Hill

We were lucky enough to spend a whole week in Empire, MI.  My Aunt and Uncle have a house (Storm Hill) in the most incredible spot. 

These kids had so much fun together! 

Even the family pets were invited, which made Caroline very happy.  

We were able to spend tons of time with Charlie and Adam. 

The beach time with all the cousins was so much fun.  

Gen II (we are not called adults yet) were even able to sneak out one night.

We rented a couple boats one day and spent the day out on the lake. 

Sweet Adam is such a good sport. 

The girls loved that we could walk everywhere and that they had so much freedom with their cousins.  

We love our Uncle Matt. 

We hated to say goodbye to everyone.  It was such an amazing week!

The Dunes

We were able to do lots of hiking and exploring.  The views were incredible and the kids had so much fun running wild! 

They loved all the dunes.

4th of July

We had a big cookout at Storm Hill for 4th of July.  The weather and company couldn't have been better! 

All 17 cousins! 

Some of us were more impressed with the huge firework show the boys put on than others! 

We ended the night celebrating a very special birthday girl. 

Parade Time

The girls were so excited to be in the local 4th of July parade.  Their float was a Cubs theme and Cousin Ryan pulled his boat out of the water for them to ride in.  As Audrey kept saying, they rode in a boat on the road!
