July Fun

Summer is flying by and I hate to see it go.  The girls are having so much fun together and getting to know Caroline.  I love nothing more than watching them play together.  If you see one of them you see all three.  They keep busy moving from one thing to the next all day long!  You never know what they are pretending to be at the moment but it usually looks and sounds fun and the tv is rarely on so I am happy too!

Emmerson adores her littlest sister and is such a big help.  She is able to calm her down, get her to sleep, and gets the best giggles!  She will sit and hold her for hours if we let her!

These two are buddies too.  Caroline doesn't take her eyes off of her!

Caroline is one of the gang now and even gets to be part of Daddy's bedtime books some nights.

We spent as much time as possible at the pool this month.

It's always a bonus when Daddy can come.

During the work week this is what Brigid and I are tying to keep alive on our own! (Caroline is hiding back there)

Claire is an official swimmer this summer!

The girls still love our slow mornings.  We still all casually collect in our bed until the last one wakes.

Claire gets her special time with Caroline first thing in the morning.

We are on the go a lot so Caroline spends a lot of time in her carseat.  She doesn't seem to mind.  This day she must have been working on using her tongue.

This was one of the many gymnastics classes that Emmerson puts on for her sisters.

The fake glasses are very popular in all dress up games.

Caroline's first trip to the museum

We even made a second trip to the museum with Marin, Quinn, and Colin

Emmerson reads to her sisters every chance she gets.

Our crazy crew headed to a birthday party in Bloomington.

This is the definition of tired...rolling over and falling asleep on the changing table.

Haircuts!

The big move is underway.  Crib is up!

Big girl bed for Audrey

The first night in her bed she climbed right in and was excited to be in her "big sister bed".  After we put her to bed we realized we never told her not to come out of her room.  We didn't know what to expect in the morning.  So we were pleasantly surprised when she woke and and just stayed in bed singing and talking until we came to get her.

Claire made a new friend.
