May FUN

May is always a busy month with all the end of school year events and all that Indianapolis has to offer to celebrate the 500.

Daddy took the big girls out to play while the little girls napped and they sent me these pictures.

Claire had a pajama day at school.  Maybe her favorite day of the year.

Her teacher goes all out for everything.

This girl!

We love our dates with Bridgee and Colin. He is so sweet he will even watch Caroline sleep.

We hope these two are best buddies too!

Daddy's lap is always full!

We had dinner with our Zionsville friends and we realized how outnumbered we are!  This isn't even all the kids and the oldest one is 8 years old!  It is nothing short of crazy when we are all together.

Camp Conard is the last week of school at Claire's school.  They go on a field trip to the park.

Another one of Claire's friends, Mason.

Climbing the mountain.

Emmerson at field day.

Audrey's class had some animals visit their classroom.  She loved it!

We now officially travel in two strollers and we still don't have enough seats!

Sweet sisters

Emmerson requested a picture of Caroline's first trip to Dairy Queen.  She wasn't overly impressed.

Last Day of School for Claire and Audrey

As we finish our year at Northminster I can't say enough great things about this school!  It was the perfect fit for our girls!

All ready for their last day at the same school for a couple years.  Audrey is going to be one sad little girl.

Claire and her best buddy.  They have been in the same class for the last 3 years.  They will part ways in kindergarten. Yes, he is only 3 months older than her.

Audrey had a great first experience with going to school.  She loves Ms. Patty!

And Ms. Katie!

I am confident there was no one better to give Claire the BEST  Pre-K experience than these two ladies.  I will forever be thankful!

1 Month With Our Newest Love

This month has flown by which I didn't expect.  Over all it has gone really well.  We have just tried to be home to lessen the stress and to be able to enjoy these first weeks together.  Caroline is the best baby!  Sweet and calm.  She is very tolerant of her hands on sisters and our crazy lifestyle. More importantly she is sleeping great at night.  Usually going 6-7 hours before she eats and then goes right back to sleep (most of the time). The transition for the big girls has been seamless, they adore her and keep busy enough with each other they don't seem to notice the extra chaos.

Daddy is back at work and decided to keep his beard...he had a plan!

Sometimes you get tired of waiting on everyone to be ready for a walk so you just go to sleep.

My favorite thing is waking up to these eyeballs looking at me.  Audrey used to do the same thing.  She doesn't cry, she will just squeak a bit and when I look over she is just looking at me!

Newborn clothes are starting to fit nicely.

Daddy is a baby hog once the big girls go to bed.

Who knows what Claire is already teaching her.

Caroline Doyle came to meet Caroline Bloede.  We hope our Caroline is as sweet as this one.

More and more awake time.

Aunt Bridgee and Colin have been able to make it over to visit a few times.

The Singh boys came to visit.

So did Cousin Lauren.  We are excited for Caroline and Charlotte to be so close in age.

1 month old
8 lbs, 3 oz (18%)
21" long (34%)
35 cm (head) (8%)

Daddy's master plan was to keep the beard so he could shave it into the perfect mustache for the Indianapolis 500 (which happened to fall on her 1 month birthday).
