Last year after my cousin Jason died we decided to carry on one of his favorite traditions that he had with his 3 daughters. He took each girl out for a birthday date. Claire was very excited because this was her first birthday date.
She had no problem getting dressed. She quickly picked her new dress from her Daddy's night at school.
She even talked me into wearing my tiara that I wore at our wedding.
Such a sweet tradition!
She told me she picked the fanciest piece of cake they had!
She came home very excited to tell us all about it!
